Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Required lifting on a daily basis of weights of up to and including 60 pounds
Have a basic understanding of the materials and products the company carries as well as their location
Reports any out of stock items to the store manager or assistant manager
Sweeps floor and remove any obstacles from floor such as boxes, etc.
Takes inventory or examines merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished
Receives, opens, and unpacks cartons or crates of merchandise, checking invoice against items received
Stocks storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise
Sets up advertising signs and displays merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables
Cleans display cases, shelves, and aisles
Transports packages to specified vehicle for customer
Maintain checklist on forklift and delivery truck
