Immediate opening for a full-time Lead Housekeeper / House Manager / Personal Assistant. Must be reliable, hard-working, have a high attention to detail, hours M-F 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities include:
Turning around vacation rentals - properties are 3 and 4 bedrooms w/ stairs
Identifying and scheduling maintenance for home repairs
Personal assistant for errands and housekeeping for my personal home
Purchasing and restocking house supplies
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ideal candidate is a self-starter, but respectful and cooperative. Must be able to physical work throughout shift, lift up to 50 lbs (large amounts of laundry at homes). Previous hotel experience is not necessary, we will train. Paid vacation, holidays, sick time and medical.
