Position: Housekeeping Lead
Company: Earth-Friendly Residential Housekeeping
Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
Location: San Diego (most jobs are WEST of the 15 between Coronado & La Jolla)
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental Insurance & 401k available
Compensation: $18 per hour + mileage & drive time for IN BETWEEN jobs (so not to your morning job and not on they way home, just job-to-joe)
Cleaning Products: Exclusively earth-friendly
Supplies: All cleaning supplies provided
Requirements: Own car, car insurance, valid driver's license, and clean background check
Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Lead at our earth-friendly residential housekeeping company, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch cleaning services while being environmentally responsible. You will have the opportunity to not only showcase your exceptional cleaning abilities but also lead and train a team of dedicated housekeeping professionals. Your tasks will include:
Performing thorough and efficient cleaning services using only eco-friendly products.
Leading by example to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Training new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and eco-friendly practices.
Coordinating daily schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and reporting any needs.
Upholding a positive and respectful work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of cleaners.
Deep understanding of eco-friendly cleaning practices and products.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Must have a valid driver's license, own car, and car insurance.
Clean background check is required.
