ENGLISH:
We are seeking an experienced yard/farm worker to maintain our beautiful nursery located in San Juan Capistrano. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Bobcat and Forklift experience and can operate
- Plant and tree identification and knowledge of watering and fertilizing needs
- Pruning, trimming, weeding, watering, fertilizing, and plant maintenance experience
- Irrigation experience. Ability to add, repair, and cap irrigation system currently in place.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs daily and practices safe actions for bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Daily Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare plant and tree orders for deliveries schedule the following day/week.
- Repair irrigation on site as needed.
- Operate bobcat, Reachfork machinery on site to help move larger trees.
- Loading and offloading of inventory shipments to the yard.
- Watering, cleaning, re-organizing plant lines to ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Communication with store manager on all aspects pertaining to the yard and for daily tasks.
- Ability and willingness to go out on installation trucks and fill in if/when one of the crew is out sick/injured.

Buscamos un trabajador agrícola/de jardín con experiencia para mantener nuestro hermoso vivero ubicado en San Juan Capistrano. El candidato ideal tendrá las siguientes calificaciones.
Calificaciones:
- Experiencia en Bobcat y Forklift y capacidad de operación.
- Identificación de plantas y árboles y conocimiento de las necesidades de riego y fertilización.
- Experiencia en poda, recorte, desmalezado, riego, fertilización y mantenimiento de plantas.
- Experiencia en riego. Posibilidad de agregar, reparar y tapar el sistema de riego actualmente en funcionamiento.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras diariamente y practicar acciones seguras para agacharse, agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas, levantar, transportar, etc.
- Transporte confiable hacia y desde el trabajo.
Responsabilidades diarias:
- Sacar y preparar pedidos de plantas y árboles para entregas programadas el día/semana siguiente.
- Reparar el riego en obra según sea necesario.
- Operar maquinaria Bobcat y Reachfork en el sitio para ayudar a mover árboles más grandes.
- Carga y descarga de envíos de inventario al patio.
- Regar, limpiar, reorganizar líneas de plantas para asegurar un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado.
- Comunicación con el gerente de tienda en todos los aspectos relacionados con el patio y para las tareas diarias.
- Capacidad y disposición para viajar en camiones de instalación y completar si un miembro del equipo está enfermo o lesionado.
