Eastridge is looking to hire a full time Construction Yard Worker in the Escondido, CA area.
Job Site: Construction Yard Worker
Hours: 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Escondido, CA
Pay: $19.00
PPE-Must have Steel Toe Boots, must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently use a heavy drill (approximately 50 lbs) to chip away cement inside the truck barrel. Work in 15-minute intervals, followed by 15-minute breaks throughout the day. Maintain a high level of concentration and precision while chipping the cement. Follow safety protocols and guidelines provided by the supervisor. Work under the direct supervision of an experienced foreman, who will be stationed outside the truck. Ensure the secure entry and exit of the cement truck at all times.
Requirements:
Ability to handle a heavy drill (approximately 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to work in a confined space inside the cement truck barrel. Good communication skills to follow the supervisor's instructions. Strong work ethic and dedication to safety. A positive and cooperative attitude. Ability to work in 15-minute intervals, with short breaks, throughout the day
