Job Posting: Day Porter - San Marcos Location
Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Day Porter to join our team in San Marcos! In this role, you will ensure our residential properties are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and visitors. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of residential units and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing, to maintain a tidy environment.
Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner.
Resident Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by engaging positively with residents and addressing their concerns promptly.
Training Support: Assist in training new staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, property management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Physical ability to perform cleaning and inspection tasks effectively.
Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly pay!
Shift Details: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
