QUALIFICATIONS

Refer to each position for additional qualifications. Candidates will only be interviewed if they meet the qualifications and have the shift availability for the position of interest.

Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.

Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.

Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.

Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq.

The pay scale posted is the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position during the first year of employment. The posted range does NOT include potential additional types of compensation, such as gratuities, service charges, commissions, or bonuses. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on qualifications and/or experience.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE

We have established the following mandatory appearance standards for all employees to create a standard of professionalism for the Company. Employees must maintain these standards during each shift and all grooming should be done in employee areas, out of view of any guests. Employees must be properly groomed and in complete uniform or in appropriate business attire before reporting to work and whenever walking through property.

Hair: Employees must keep their hair (including facial hair) clean and well-groomed at all times. Hair and hair color (including facial hair) must be natural looking, worn in a professional style, which keeps hair out of the face.

Tattoos: Visible body art on the head, face, or neck is strictly prohibited, but tattoos elsewhere are allowed if they are not offensive, extreme, excessive, or depicting violence, and any non-compliant tattoos visible in uniform must be covered while on duty.

Jewelry: Visible body piercing, including tongue, nose, or eyebrow piercing, is not acceptable for men or women while on duty.
