New Leaf Contracting Inc. is hiring for two positions. We work on both commercial and residential projects.
Lead General Construction Worker and a Laborer / Helper.
Lead Construction Worker - Must have construction experience in all aspects of construction including, but not limited to, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and all other aspects of general construction.
We are looking for someone dependable that can grow with our company. Construction Experience is mandatory and must be self motivated.
Laborer / Helper - Looking for a reliable worker that is willing to learn on the job. Construction experience is a plus.
PAY FOR BOTH POSITIONS DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE and some projects are Prevailing Wage projects.
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
What we offer AFTER 90 day probation period:
401k and Roth IRA with company match. Company match is 100% of first 1% contributed and 50% for the next 5% contributed.
5 paid sick days per year (40 hours).
Holiday pay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Possible company truck and gas card for the right candidate.
