Chef Mitsu presents a menu of traditional nigiri along with Japanese style tapas using the highest quality ingredients. A carefully curated sake list is accompanied by selected natural wines and essential Japanese and local craft beers.

QUALIFICATION
- Must have at least 3 year of sushi chef experience
- Strong understanding of execution and food quality
- Food Safety is of the utmost importance
- Sense of Urgency
- Be a motivated self-starter and able to work cleanly, efficiently, with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparation
- Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
