Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to lead our team at our Solana Beach AND Encinitas locations. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining efficient store operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales, foster a positive work environment, and enhance the NuYo brand through excellent service and community engagement. The Store Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to maximize store profitability while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and store cleanliness. The Solana Beach location is scheduled to open in a couple months but our Encinitas location is up and running since September.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store employees. Create schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Sales & Marketing: Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze sales performance.

Financial Management: Manage the store’s budget, including payroll, expenses, and inventory costs. Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis.

Till Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, including till management, cash deposits, and ensuring accurate cash flow.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a frozen yogurt or similar environment.

Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Experience with Toast POS is a big plus.
