Rare Society apart of Trust restaurant Group is seeking a chef for our University Heights location. This is apart of a brand where we have 5 locations and growing, to where there are many opportunities that can come from this. If you are hard working, committed to consistency with food, prep and execution while able to maintain a positive working environment then we would love to talk more about the position.
This is a steakhouse that is inspired by central California coastal cuisine by cooking over red oak and slciing steaks while putting them on a lazy susan for display intentions. We like to think that we do things just a little different then every other steakhouse while also delivering bold rich flavors.
Must be able to butcher sub primals.
Must have at least 4 years in management of a kitchen.
Bi- lingual is a plus.
Open fire cookery is a plus.
Understanding orders and inventory practices.
