Looking for an experienced sous chef who can help lead/run a kitchen and also work the line.
Who we are:
We've been operating in San Diego for over 10 years and recently opened a counter service style restaurant with a full service beer/wine bar in La Mesa. Our menu consists of: pizza, burgers, salads, apps, etc. We're hard workers with high standards who try and cultivate good company culture and a healthy work environment.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of cooking experience
Someone who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail
Ability to maintain food quality and safety standards
ORGANIZED, FAST and CLEAN
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Someone who is respectful and works well with others
Pay is good, vibe is good, and there's a ton of potential for growth both in pay and experience.
Compensation: $28/hr (including tips), shift meal + shift beer
Hours: 40 per week
