Filippi’s Pizza Grotto has been a landmark in San Diego for over 70 years and we are proud to still be serving our legendary Italian food after all these years. Many of our recipes are still made by hand in-house and our famous pizzas keep our guests returning, even if they've since moved from San Diego. Family owned and operated, Filippi’s is committed to excellence and quality in every aspect of our brand and we're looking for a few talented professionals to join our team to help us maintain and grow our brand.
Ideal candidates will have:
-Minimum 1 year experience in the position for which they are applying.
-Open availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
-Willingness to learn and be coached
-Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
-Ability to work with others in a fast paced environment.
-Great customer service skills
-Safe and sanitary food handling skills and knowledge
-Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Certification required
