A 35 year old, growing restaurant group is opening yet another Toasted Gastrobrunch + Dinner location in Imperial Beach, right on the water inside Pier South Resort! We will open our doors on Mon, Apr 1 and we couldn't be more excited. Toasted is a bright, lively, and exciting brunch and dinner spot with bottomless mimosas, delicious cocktails, and an impressive menu. We operate 2 locations in Las Vegas, and our other CA locations are in La Mesa & Oceanside. Check out our website at http://www.toasted.net. We were rated #22 in the top 100 brunch restaurants in in the US! We are currently looking to round out our leadership crew and looking for a Restaurant & Catering Sales Manager. Joining this team is for a person with hospitality in their heart, and an eye for detail and atmosphere because we truly are a family.

An ideal candidate will have experience in their desired role, and the ability to start right away.

Job Description:

The Restaurant & Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales for the restaurant catering to hotel and outside guests.

Solicits and responds to sales inquiries from potential clients and guests seeking F&B for their events.

Serves as liaison to coordinate between the resort and restaurant operations.

Assist guests with menu planning for their events.

Communicates all pertinent information on upcoming group needs, VIP guests, and event functions to hotel and restaurant operations.

Spends non-event related time as part of the restaurant management team.

Performs all other related duties/projects/reports as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be available to work full weekends and holidays, as needed.

Able to manage difficult or emotional guest situations.

Strong customer relations ability and experience.

At least some solid restaurant management experience (hotel F&B or sales experience a plus)

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
