Someone exceedingly familiar with the Beer scene in San Diego, as we are part of the Blind Lady family
Well versed in the world of cocktails classic and modern. And fast in the well.
Someone well versed in food too, since you will be taking food orders
Familiar with wine styles, particularly those of California.
A really great, positive attitude
An eagerness to learn new things and work as part of a Team
A genuine understanding of the workings behind a bar
An organized mind
Someone familiar and comfortable with the style of service that our restaurant group employs
Additionally we are looking for someone who is a people person, someone with an intuitive hospitality, someone curious and professional and joyful. A super communicator and all-around go getter.
You must be able to work weekends. Please do not apply if you cannot work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
