We are seeking a responsible, skilled and experienced full time cook who desires to move up, who is curious and wants to learn, and who wants to improve their craft. Having pizza experience is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, super knife skills, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Ability to multi-task is a must.
Yes, we make pizza but this is real food, made from scratch in a small + happy kitchen. No Sysco. No US Foods.
You must have:
At least 2+ years experience cooking professionally in a scratch kitchen
Terrific knife skills
Reliability
Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
A great palate
A solid work ethic
And a desire to learn even more
You must be able to work nights and weekends.
