About the Role:
As the FOH Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in daily operations—ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and motivating our team to provide exceptional hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a passion for guest satisfaction, strong team management skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise FOH team during service hours
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow
Ensure top-tier guest experience at all times
Monitor and uphold service standards and cleanliness
Collaborate with BOH and ownership for seamless operations
Handle customer feedback with professionalism
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of FOH management experience (preferably in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast), scheduling software, and inventory tools
Hospitality-driven mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
