Biga, one of the busiest vendors at the new downtown amphitheater called The Shell, is looking for line cooks for the new upcoming season (April-December). We specialize in pizza so we are looking for cooks that have pizza making experience.
The venue is gorgeous and the restaurant space is only a few years old, so it is pristine and clean. We serve food through intermission and then our crew is welcome to stay and enjoy the remainder of the performance. The Shell has had some amazing performances in recent years so our people love that bonus!
Our busiest months are July and August we would ask for more availability during those times, otherwise we have part-time positions available.
