Panchita’s Kitchen & Bakery in North Park, San Diego is looking for a new line cook to join our team.
This is a full-time position with consistent hours (30-35 hours per week).
We are open mornings only.
Work hours between: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Schedule will include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The ideal candidate will:
have kitchen experience (3+ years).
Have a solid understanding of proper sanitation practices.
Have a good attitude (Happy & Polite people only).
Work clean and accurately at a fast pace under pressure.
Work well with others as part of a small team.
Be ready to work at any station as needed.
Be able to show up to work consistently.
Have open availability.
Job includes:
Cooking, Prepping, Cleaning equipment, Dish Washing, Floor moping, Stocking, and any other kitchen related tasks as needed.
Starting Pay: $20 per hour plus about $3 per hour extra in tips.
Pay Raises available after Learning the menu and proving your ability and value.
