Rare Society in Solana is seeking a new team member to join us that is looking to take the next step from line cook into a lower level management. We would expect you to work all stations including, Open fired grill, Sautee, Raw Bar and Garde Manger with some Pastry plating experience. This is a busy restaurant with a smaller kitchen team that all supports each other. Ideally we want someone that has butchery experience and some pastry experience. We will ask for you to handle bulk and chef prep items, as well as closing down the restaurant.
