We’re a busy home looking for a House Manager—someone who takes pride in caring for a home with the same dedication and expertise they would bring to their own. This is a dynamic, diverse role that requires skills in organization, cleaning, cooking, and overall home management. What We’re Offering:
Position: House Manager (Culinary, Cleaning, Organization)
Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days per week, offering flexibility to fit around other commitments
Compensation: $16.25 - $22 per hour, based on experience, plus the cost of food
What We’re Looking For:
A Diverse Skill Set:
This isn’t just a housekeeping role; we need someone who’s comfortable taking charge of our home as if it were their own. From organizing spaces to meal prepping and cleaning, you’ll be the expert who keeps everything running smoothly.
Culinary Enthusiast:
- You’ll be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days a week (Monday through Friday) with flexibility to organize this into two weekly drop-offs. This allows you to prepare meals in advance and ensure everything is ready for the week ahead.
- Get creative with vibrant veggies, grains, and legumes, and keep our meals organized with easy grab-and-go labeling.
- We follow a whole-food, plant-based diet and love hearty, nutritious meals.
Laundry Lover & Cleaning Enthusiast:
- You must love laundry—from washing and folding to stain removal—and take pride in making sure our clothes and bedding are always fresh and clean.
- Equally important, you should love cleaning and keeping surfaces spotless. From vacuuming to wiping down counters, dusting to managing the dishwasher, you’ll ensure every surface in the home is sparkling clean and well-maintained.
- Handle household tasks like dishes, trash, weekly bathroom cleanings, and bi-weekly window care. Your passion for both laundry and cleaning will keep our home in perfect shape.
Reliability & Trustworthiness:
- You must be extremely organized. From meal prep to managing a cleaning strategy, everything needs to be done with precision. Our family is extremely busy, and we are hiring for this role to make everyone’s lives more organized and streamlined. We need someone who can manage time effectively, stay on top of all tasks, and keep our home functioning like a well-oiled machine.
