Front of House Manager

Masters’ Kitchen & Cocktail is actively seeking a Front of House Manager. Candidate would require the skills to oversee the interview and hiring processes for positions such as servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders. You would also oversee, direct, and actively participate in the training of personnel in these positions. Additionally, you would be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas, including restrooms. You will be responsible for supervising individual shifts, helping ensure that dining guests are served in a manner that meets the standards set by the restaurant. Strong communication skills a must.
