HOTEL NIGHT AUDITOR to work the following schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday 11PM-7AM

Responsibilities include:
1. Perform general front desk agent procedures.
2. Conducts guest check-ins and check-outs.
3. Handles switchboard operations including answering calls, directing calls and taking accurate messages.
4. Balances and audits cash receipts and credit card transactions. (Night Audit)
5. Verifies accuracy of all registered guests in the system. (Night Audit)
6. Generates daily and periodic hotel reports.(Night Audit)
7. Monitor room availability and maintain guest accounts.
Requirements include:
1. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to make guests feel welcome.
2. Previous related experience. Hotel and/or Night Audit experience preferred.
3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
4. Strict attention to detail.
5. Computer proficiency.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Required to work nights and holidays.

Starting Pay: $19.75/hour
Salary Range: $19.75 - $23.00/hour (with progressive experience)
The pay scale provided is a range that Old Town Inn reasonably expects an employee to earn over time as experience increases.
