The French Oven Bakery and Cafe is looking for a full time dishwasher/prep cook. We are a busy, neighborhood bakery voted as one of San Diego’s best bakeries. We may be small in size, but we are big on volume and serious on quality and customer service. We offer made-from-scratch, pastries, breads, sandwiches, soups and sandwiches.
Qualifications
Washes all dishes in 3 compartment sink
Keep kitchen area organized
Mopping bakery at end of day
Some assisting with food prep( scale ingredients, cut fruit, make pastry cream)
Must have positive attitude
Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
Must be organized
Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be a team player
Self-motivated
Have food handlers card or be willing to obtain one
Maintain safe and clean environment
Other duties as assigned
Hours:5:00am-1:30pm Monday and Wednesday off

Pay: $16.85+tips
