Duties:
- Manage and supervise floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for floor staff
