Well established, family owned, fast pace Hawaiian restaurant seeking an experience Line Cook to fill a vacancy. The ideal candidate must be available to work morning, evenings and weekends. Employer will provide a set schedule.
Responsibilities :
Cooking and preparing menu items.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products.
Participate in food preparation and portioning.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment including rotation or food products for freshness,
Take pride in preparation and presentation of menu items being served.
Requirements :
Be able to operate basic kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, oven and grill presses.
Good communication skills.
Team player.
Follow instructions.
Able to work under pressure.
