We are seeking someone with open availability who can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook or food prep in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Open availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
