Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes
Ensure all food is cooked to high-quality standards and in a timely manner
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and seasoning
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Contribute to menu development and specials
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a passion for food
