Our ideal Bartender candidate is attentive, honest, reliable and is willing to roll up sleeves to both bartend and help our barista staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Knowing classic bar drink recipes
Keeping the bar area, lobby tables and kitchen area clean and organized
Placing food orders
Restock and replenish all bar inventory and supplies to prepare for lunch and dinner settings
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
Working experience as a bartender and barista
Multitask and work in a fast-past environment to handle the lunch and dinner rush
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills with a Service First Attitude!
Ability to keep the bar and lobby areas organized, stocked and clean
Must have reliable means of transportation to report to work on time
All candidates must pass a background check
