Grand Opening August 1st 2024! Harvey’s’ Restaurant & Bar is a full-service establishment opening for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are in the Mission Valley area and have immediate openings for experienced, friendly, and dedicated Bartenders, Lead Servers, Asst. Manager, and Prep cooks.

We have a fun atmosphere that hosts live music, comedy shows and more. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detailed team players who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced family environment. We offer a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. Part-Time and Full-Time available.

BARTENDER Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons while controlling pour costs

Prep Cooks set up Line Cooks for success by measuring out and labeling ingredients, portioning seasonings, washing and chopping produce, cutting meat and reducing sauces.

Responsibilities

Minimize waste and maximize cost/production ratio

Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation

Ensure food is stored appropriately to prevent spoilage

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen

Cook and prepare meals

Measure ingredients and seasonings

Requirements

ASST MANAGER Job Description

There are lots of moving parts to making sure a restaurant is fully functional. Our Asst. Manager will oversee daily service, train Front of House staff, schedule and supervise shifts and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. You’ll work closely with our General Manager and other management team members. The perfect candidate is reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Front of House and Back of House operations daily

Schedule all Front of House team members

Organize, supervise and execute shifts

Support service where needed which might include running food, putting together catering/delivery orders and bussing tables
