Job DescriptionThe primary function of this role is to create and/or revise easy to use Quality Management System (QMS) compliant template(s) and/or documents. As a QMS Technical Writer, you are a highly productive writer and a quick learner. You have an eye for detail and consistency and exhibit unfailing attention to quality. Your strong technical skills and aptitude for organizing complex information enable you to pick up and apply new information and changing priorities rapidly and well.Key Responsibilities Work with teams to plan, write, and create/edit easy to use QMS templates (Word & Excel) and documentation that are accessed by multiple functions. Support data collection for internal customer feedback and collaborate with teams across several time zones for alignment. Work efficiently and accurately while adhering to best practices and QMS requirements. Support document review and revision of processes, as needed. Initiate and drive projects to improve customer experience and efficiency.
