They are committed to providing high-quality living and working spaces, exceptional customer service, and maximizing the value of their real estate investments.Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in property management within the real estate investment sector.Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in daily operations of residential and commercial properties.

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and quality service.

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Assist in lease administration, including lease renewals, terminations, and enforcement of lease terms.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, rent rolls, and maintenance logs.

Support financial management tasks, including rent collection, invoice processing, and budget preparation.

Assist in marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy rates.

Provide excellent customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
