As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our energetic team.Job Description:We are in search of a skilled Accounting Specialist to manage all aspects of our financial operations. The responsibilities include managing account payables and receivables, reconciling bank statements, and implementing audits. The successful candidate should have excellent numerical skills and an understanding of accounting principles to accurately maintain our financial information.Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the creation and management of budgets for each property.
Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements, maintaining knowledge of existing and new legislation.
Develop and implement improvements to the accounting process.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
Requirements
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in accounting roles, preferably within the property management industry.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Familiar with financial regulations and property management industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
