Lead, Social Worker II - Behavioral Health Urgent Care

JOB SUMMARY:Lead, Social Worker II Provides clinical oversight to members of the social work team including individual and peer case consultation and feedback, and in-service training, as needed. Provides direct service provision for children and families; assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. hospital and community partners).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's Degree3 Years of ExperienceState of California license LCSW; or LMFTComputer skills sufficient to train and oversee quality of data entry and electronic charting, utilize program compliance reports, and produce program forms, educational materials, and visual presentations.Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead others and train team members.Experience in assessment and treatment of children and adolescentsCA Driver's License and Auto Insurance: Kids and Teens in Court (KTIC)-ChadwickPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:4 Years of ExperienceExperience working in mental or behavioral health settingKnowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventionsOne year experience in a leadership roleThe expected hiring range for this position is $39.51 to $54.33Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
