Manufacturing Lead

Company in Carlsbad, CA is now hiring a Manufacturing LeadDescription:This person will be supervising, training and leading medical device assemblers. The assemblers will be building a catheter. This person is a line lead, so they will be leading the line, ensuring goal attainment, and also working on the line to complete assemblies. They will manage the team to achieve monthly manufacturing goals. There will be catheter assembly goals that must be achieved each month. This person will manage the hands on training and validation of new operators. They will be responsible for documenting training. They will have to evaluate each operators ability and provide performance reviews. They will work in a QMS to monitor operations and manufacturing yields. They will report production and training metrics to their supervisor.Skills:Assembly, microscope assembly, gdp, training development, medical device assembly, Gmp, qms, soldering, Process improvement, Production management, leadership development, material control, yield managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:This person will have operate with cross functional teams, interacting with engineering and providing them feedback on builds.They may have to resolve interpersonal issues with operators and coworkers to have a cohesive work environment.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
