Their team is dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of properties, leveraging deep industry expertise and cutting-edge technology to ensure outstanding service to their clients and tenants.Role Overview:As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial team, supporting day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), performing reconciliations, participating in month-end close processes, and conducting financial analysis. This position offers a robust platform for professional growth in the field of real estate accounting.Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily A/P and A/R transactions and ensure the accuracy of entries.
Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Provide financial analysis and support budgeting processes.
Collaborate with team members on financial reporting and compliance.
Support the management of a diverse portfolio of real estate properties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Proficiency in Yardi and Appfolio software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
