Description Our client, a Real Estate Property is a leading firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate development and property management. They are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Assist in preparing board meeting materials and take meeting minutes.

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the executive office.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
