Description Join our dedicated team and contribute to our vision of shaping the future of education. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education field and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role requires the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.Responsibilities:

Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing as necessary

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings

Coordinate and assist with special projects and events, including board meetings and educational conferences

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and parents

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Perform general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Provide administrative support to other team members as required

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the education sector

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Bachelor’s degree preferred
