Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the education field. The Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records essential for the smooth operation of our educational programs. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while contributing to our mission of providing quality education.Responsibilities:
Enter and update student information, grades, attendance records, and other data into the educational database system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry tasks
Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files
Generate reports and summaries based on data input
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
Support administrative tasks related to student enrollment, scheduling, and academic programs
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with educational terminology and systems is a plus
