Description Robert Half is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team at a leading medical clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting patients and ensuring they receive exceptional care in a fast-paced and meaningful environment.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional assistance in both English and Spanish.

Schedule and confirm appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.

Assist patients with registration, paperwork, and insurance verification.

Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and resolve patient concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic's database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Support billing inquiries by explaining charges, processing payments, and assisting with insurance-related issues.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Uphold a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.

Proficiency with scheduling and patient management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
