Description Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and solving problems with efficiency and empathy? Robert Half is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join one of our valued clients in San Diego, CA.Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Resolve inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses regarding products, services, and account information.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.

Assist with order tracking, returns, billing questions, and other service-related issues.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Technology: Proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Problem-solving: Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.

Organization: Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
