ABX Collision Center is looking to add a receptionist / customer service representative to our team. No experience necessary. We are willing to train the candidate that has the skills and personality that fits best in this environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting all customers and vendors in a timely, friendly and professional manner
Answer all phone calls consistently; relay messages immediately to the correct recipient
Monitor DRP assignments throughout the day, schedule repair and estimate appointments
Daily follow-up phone calls to customers for repair updates
Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned
