Local Business with professional office environment is seeking additional talent for our Customer Service Team.
Storage experience a plus, but not necessary. Position is guaranteed 4 full days but may move to 5. Daily schedule to be discussed during interview. May work some holidays
The right candidate must possess the following:
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently or part of a team
-Basic computer knowledge
-Proper e-mail etiquette
-Basic money handling skills
-Ability to learn quickly
-Ability to think and react quickly
-Punctuality
-Attention to detail
-Ability to take and implement constructive criticism
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Greeting/assisting new and existing tenants
-Sales (no cold calling)
-Conflict resolution
-Answering and returning incoming calls in a professional manner
-General office and clerical duties
-Light cleaning
-Walking the property multiple times a day
-Assisting with inventory control
Bilingual a plus
