Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

a. Handling in bound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.

b. Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

c. Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.

d. Understand and apply our business processes to your personal style.

Qualifications Requested:

a. Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Positive Attitude.

b. 1-3 years of experience in customer service.

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

d. Detail oriented, problem solver.

e. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and Holidays are a must (additional compensation applied for holidays).

f. Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Looking to fill the following shifts:

Hours: 2:00pm – 10:15pm | 5-days/week (25 additional mins compensated per shift worked)

Hours: 10:00pm – 6:15am | 5-days/week (25 additional mins compensated per shift worked)

Wage: $18.00/hr.

Location: 1000 Aviara Parkway Suite #300, Carlsbad, CA 92011
