Job Description: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator

Position Type: Full-time

Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Appointments and Follow-Ups: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest developments and updates.

Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls to handle customer service issues.

Showroom Assistance: Assist showroom walk-in clients with their needs and inquiries.

Order Processing:

Process web and phone orders for furniture sales.

Receive and process customer purchase orders and associated documents.

Create and follow factory purchase orders.

Create commercial invoices and shipping documents.

Documentation and Communication:

Maintain a master file of order processing procedures.

Communicate with overseas offices and personnel.

Continuously update customers with order status.

Scheduling and Shipping:

Schedule containers to be delivered and unloaded.

Schedule orders to be shipped nationwide.

Pricing and Updates:

Update pricing in QuickBooks, price sheets, and the company website.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.

Skills:

Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
