Qualifications

BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Other Related Field

Proven Customer Experience Leader in a Management Role

Strategic Thinker with Ability to Interpret Data

Ability to Create and Execute New Customer Experience Initiatives

Working Knowledge of CRM System

Excellent Communicator

Strong Customer Retention Skills
