Seeking an Computer Savvy, Detailed Oriented, and Outgoing individual who can support our growing team in La Jolla. You will join a small group of Medical Marketing professionals who are growing their cosmetic medical business in Southern California. The Full Time candidate will assist in marketing and business duties including: Research, Data Entry, Appointment Setting, Social Media Tasks, Sales Calls, and other related tasks.
Details
-35 to 40 hours a week
-times will be approx. 10am-5pm (flexible)
-this position is In-Person (working in our office)
Qualifications
-4 year Bachelors Degree
-Excel proficiency
-Comfortable making phone calls
-Must be super organized and a fast typer
-Reliable transportation to La Jolla
-Spanish a plus
