Seeking a talented Business Development Representative to work contract for our team and promote our candidate recruiting services to commercial construction companies in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in construction industry, focusing on commercial construction companies
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Present our candidate recruiting services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value we bring to their organizations
- Work from 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday, Pacific Standard Time
Requirements:
- Natural tenacity and willingness to be relentless in cold calling hiring authorities in commercial construction companies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role (writing job orders/search assignments for a recruiting company
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Don’t be afraid of the phone. This is a job where success is achieved through phone calls and lots of them
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry a plus!
