We are a CPA firm in San Diego looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage the ongoing accounting for our multiple businesses and our clients.
Job duties include –
Manage internal online QuickBooks accounting for our businesses.
Manage our AP, AR and payroll
Train our staff to do basic bookkeeping.
Provide monthly bookkeeping for our clients
Provide payroll processing for our clients using ADP payroll and time reporting
We need someone that is comfortable with all aspects on monthly accounting and related services. Ideally 2 or more years of experience providing services to multiple companies. Most clients use QB online, but some use the PC version. We previously sold a bookkeeping company that provided services to 50 clients and employed 6 bookkeeping staff. We are looking for someone capable of managing a growing book of business as we grow.
This is mostly a in-office position, but are flexible for the right person. The position is approximately 30 hours a week, but will grow into a full-time position within a few months.
The starting pay is $25 to $40 per hour based on experience. For the right person, we will turn this into a full time position with paid time off and other benefits.
