Accounts Receivable, $20-$26/hr
Accounts Payable, $20-$26/hr
We are seeking a candidate who has accounting experience within the manufacturing industry and is proficient in MS Dynamics Great Plains Software.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sort, track, and record incoming invoices, credits, packing slips, payment requests and other payable-related documents to ensure timely processing.
Review all invoices and disbursements requests for clerical accuracy, verify or obtain proper approvals according to current policy.
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal customers to research and resolve inquiries related to invoice and payment status.
Skills/ Qualifications :
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Great Plains and Excel.
Min. of five years experience in the accounting field
Accounting experience within the manufacturing industry
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $20-26/hr
